Privacy policy

This website is run by Solo Sees Studios LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Solo Sees," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the Solo Sees Skate Division site and how it's used.

What we collect on this site

This site is a lookbook and product catalog. It has no account sign-up, no contact form and no checkout, and we don't ask you for any personal information here. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

Like any website, the servers that host this page and deliver its fonts (Google Fonts) may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. That data is handled by those providers under their own privacy policies. Your browser may also store small settings locally on your device; these stay on your device and are not sent to us.

When you buy

When you click "Buy it now" you leave this site and check out on Etsy. Etsy collects your name, shipping address, email and payment details and processes your payment. Payment card details are handled by Etsy and are never shared with us. Etsy's privacy policy applies to everything you do there.

To make and ship your order, we receive your name, shipping address and order details from Etsy. We share those with our print-on-demand production partner, which prints and ships the item, and with the shipping carrier. We use this information only to fulfill your order, provide customer service, handle returns and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to handle your order and any return, and as long as tax and accounting laws require (generally up to seven years).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required by law to keep it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, such as the New Jersey Data Privacy Act or California's privacy laws. We honor these requests for everyone, including the right to opt out of the sale of personal data or targeted advertising (we do neither), and we'll respond within 45 days. If we deny a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If you're not satisfied after an appeal, you can contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. To make a request, contact us using the details in the Contact section. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Terms of use

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and prices

Product photos on this site are digital mockups. Colors and print placement on the actual item may vary slightly because each piece is printed to order and garment washes vary. Prices shown here are a guide; the price, taxes and shipping shown at Etsy checkout are what you actually pay. Every sale is made through Etsy and is also subject to Etsy's Terms of Use and Purchase Protection program.

Availability

Items marked "Coming soon" aren't on sale yet. We may change, discontinue or limit any product at any time.

Use of the site

You may browse and share links to this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or reuse the designs, photos, logos or text on this site without our written permission.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is." We try to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

Solo Sees Studios LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Your rights under New Jersey law

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act, or any other consumer protection law that can't be waived. In particular, if you are a New Jersey consumer, the limitation of liability above does not apply to damages caused by our negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct or fraud, to personal injury, or to any implied warranty New Jersey law gives you. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Sales tax

Etsy calculates, collects and sends sales tax to New Jersey and other states as a marketplace facilitator. Any tax due is shown at checkout.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Shipping

Every piece is printed to order by our production partner in the USA. We don't keep stock.

• Production: usually 2 to 5 business days.
• Delivery in the US: usually 4 to 7 business days from order to door in total.
• Tracking: you'll get a tracking number through Etsy once your order ships.
• Shipping cost: shown at Etsy checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays and weather can add time. If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact the carrier first, then message us and we'll help.

Returns & exchanges

Refund policy (posted as required by New Jersey law): All sales are final. Because every item is made just for you, we don't give refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size ordered. Please check the size chart on the Etsy listing before you buy. The only exceptions are the damaged, defective, wrong and lost items described below, which we always make right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, message us through Etsy within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice, and you won't need to send the item back.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order never arrives, let us know and we'll replace it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you entered, but we'll do our best to help get it rerouted.

Care

To keep prints looking good: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron directly on the print.

Copyright & trademarks

All designs, artwork, photos, logos and text on this site, including the SoloSees wordmark, the Skate Division star and badge, "Cult Hero," "Team Rider" and "Depends how you see it.," are owned by Solo Sees Studios LLC or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any likeness used in our designs is used with that person's permission. Unauthorized copying, reselling or printing of our designs is not allowed.

If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, contact us with a description of the work and where it appears, and we'll review it promptly.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site. Product images include text descriptions, and the site is built to work with keyboards and screen readers. If anything is hard to use, let us know and we'll fix it or help you place your order another way.
